Almost intact implement, most possibly a stylus. It was found in 1959 on the south slope of the Acropolis. It is in the form of a shaft, thicker in the middle, with one pointy and one transversally cut end. The former helped the user to incise the letters on the waxed surface of wooden plaques whereas the other end helped erasing any mistakes.
